Visiting Hours

Visiting Hours at Metropolis Health Clinics | Fapeza

 We

General Visiting Hours

Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

These hours apply to Standard Rooms, Semi-Private Rooms and Private Rooms.

  • For Semi-Private Rooms, we recommend limiting visitors to one per patient at a time to respect the privacy of the other occupant.

  • In Private Rooms, two visitors at a time are welcome and immediate family members may request extended visiting time if needed.

Deluxe Suite Visiting Hours

Patients in Deluxe Suites often stay for longer recovery periods and have more space for visitors.

  • Visiting Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (flexible within reason).

  • Up to three visitors at a time are allowed.

  • Overnight stays for one family member can be arranged with prior approval — this is especially helpful for long-term care or post-surgery recovery.

ICU & HDU Visiting

For patients in more critical care areas such as the ICU or High Dependency Unit (HDU), we maintain stricter visiting hours to prioritize medical attention and infection control:

  • ICU Visits: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM & 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM

  • One visitor at a time, no exceptions unless approved by the attending physician.

  • Visitors must wear protective gear if required.

Visitor Guidelines for All Rooms

  • Always sanitize your hands before entering and after leaving the patient’s room.

  • Please avoid visiting if you have a cough, cold, fever or any flu-like symptoms.

  • Keep conversations calm and voices low.

  • Do not bring outside food unless cleared by the patient’s doctor.

  • Photography is only allowed with patient consent and within privacy guidelines.

Special Arrangements

Life doesn’t always fit neatly into visiting schedules — we understand. Whether it’s a family member traveling from abroad, an elderly parent who needs extra help or an emotional situation where more time is needed, our ward in-charge can make exceptions.
